Day 1 – 9th March 9, 2010
Boring it may seem but looking on the bright side it might not be so bad. But learning the ropes from the full timers to work my 3month job is a totally different thing then just doing admin data entry work. I will have to relief the duties of a colleague that will be going for maternity leave soon. It sees that they would require a temporary staff as another colleague of theirs resigned as well. Right now I want to see the contract and see how long is the minimum working days before I will have no liabilities.
Currently I am doing sorting and arranging invoices that they have for February. Dam the figures I see. The amounts per invoice in one day can go up to thousands and maybe even hundreds of thousands. I came back from the staff canteen after lunch knowing that there are only 2 different food stalls gave me a shock. I think I would need to start planning where to go eat or cook my own food to bring. Too bad I am not an airport staff if not the staff canteen would most indefinitely be my favourite choice.
Currently I left three and a half hours before my knockoff time and I am already starting to regret to accept this job at all in the first place. But hopefully since I did not sign the contract maybe I can refuse? Later I would still need to head over to P-Serv at T2 to collect my timecard. Lucky my baby even though sick still keep on messaging me to keep me company. Love her so much. Muacks!
Finally I am done with my stack of invoices that I needed to sort and arrange in ascending order and filed up. Right now is 4pm and I am going to check through the previous 3 files for any missing or misplaced invoices. Hopefully I can delay long enough to make it to 6pm XD.
Decided to persevere thanks to my baby... (Desperate for money also XD)
